Regardless of the period in time, there are significant barriers to overcome. Women throughout history had, and continue to have, monumental barriers (male, female, legal, situational, geographic), yet they are overcome. What are some of the key barriers that existed in the past 5-20 years? How have they been addressed and do they exist today? What are the current and future barriers and how can you overcome these barriers to lead and seize the moment?
