Post and thousands of others. What were the similar characteristics of women leaders
throughout time? What moment did they seize and how did they do it?

Understanding Your Present Position

Defining your leadership quotient; the skill, training, and dynamic you bring to
problem-solving. Before you can formulate your future, you need to perform a brisk
analysis of your personal 360 to gain a rational understanding of your current leadership
quotient.

Overcoming Barriers

Regardless of the period in time, there are significant barriers to overcome. Women
throughout history had, and continue to have, monumental barriers (male, female,
legal, situational, geographic), yet they are overcome. What are some of the key
barriers that existed in the past 5-20 years? How have they been addressed and do
they exist today? What are the current and future barriers and how can you overcome
these barriers to lead and seize the moment?
