What were the similar characteristics of women leaders throughout time? What moment did they seize and how did they do it?

Defining your leadership quotient; the skill, training, and dynamic you bring to problem-solving. Before you can formulate your future, you need to perform a brisk analysis of your personal 360 to gain a rational understanding of your current leadership quotient.

For the audience, the panel will describe their emotional and leadership quotient, how it has changed over the years, where they are today and how you can learn to listen and re calibrate your career GPS to build a new foundation for your future.

Regardless of the period in time, there are significant barriers to overcome. Women throughout history had, and continue to have, monumental barriers (male, female, legal, situational, geographic), yet they are overcome. What are some of the key barriers that existed in the past 5-20 years? How have they been addressed and do they exist today? What are the current and future barriers and how can you overcome these barriers to lead and seize the moment?
