Practice Description

Bob is experienced as a trial attorney handling a broad range of litigation for plaintiffs and defendants for over forty years including insurance coverage issues, products liability, catastrophic personal injury, fire and casualty, health and accident, life, automobile, trucking, and medical malpractice and health related cases. Bob has handled a variety of business and commercial litigation, including consumer fraud and breach of contract matters. He is a certified mediator for the Mississippi State Bar Association and is a certified panel arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.

Represents trucking companies and their insurers Extensively handled the defense of catastrophic injury and death claims statewide Participated in the defense team for tobacco litigation and dioxin toxic tort litigation filed in Mississippi Serves as Coverage Counsel to insurers in the evaluation of insurance policies; Commercial General Liability, Professional Liability, Auto, Homeowners, and Excess Insurance.
