Practice Description

Bob is experienced as a trial attorney handling a broad range of litigation for plaintiffs and defendants for over forty years including insurance coverage issues, products liability, catastrophic personal injury, fire and casualty, health and accident, life, automobile, trucking, and medical malpractice and health related cases. Bob has handled a variety of business and commercial litigation, including consumer fraud and breach of contract matters. He is a certified mediator for the Mississippi State Bar Association and is a certified panel arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
