Biography

Gina is a Partner and lends her experience to CJDS's insurance litigation practice groups. After practicing in Louisiana and Mississippi for several years, she relocated to Nevada and joined the firm in 2006. Since joining the firm, Gina has litigated and favorably resolved several cases and has briefed several appeals. Gina’saccomplishments include briefing and successfully arguing a motion for summary judgment regarding punitive damages for a major hotel/casino where the plaintiff was seeking millions of dollars in damages. Additionally, Gina served as a Nevada State Chair for Claims and Litigation Management Alliance from 2010 through 2013.  Gina is now serving at Vice President of the CLM Nevada Chapter.  She was also appointed as a Business Hearing Officer for the City of Henderson and was named a Top Lawyer 2013 by Vegas, Inc. Magazine.

Gina graduated in the top 25% of her class at Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans in 1998. She was also a Moot Court Staff member and achieved Moot Court Final Four for oral arguments.  She is rated "AV" by Martindale Hubbell.
