Biography

Don Miller practices in Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.'s Louisville office. Don spends the majority of his time defending personal injury suits, including long term health care negligence, for various insurers and self-insured clients. He also handles trucking claims and spends substantial time defending insurers against extra-contractual (“bad faith”) claims. Don has a great deal of experience in the defense of drug product liability litigation and has first chaired many jury trials. Don has also been selected as one of Kentucky’s Super Lawyers® and is AV® rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Don has authored numerous articles regarding various tort related subjects and is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars and presentations for insurance company claims personnel.Education:
