Biography

My name is Bonnie Hayward and I am a 20-year insurance professional with advanced education in the commercial property/casualty insurance field, agency management, and human resource arena with a passion for advanced education and staff development. I truly enjoy working with both the insurance industry as a whole as well as the people who make it great. As a current Central Michigan University student completing my MSA majoring Human Resources and minoring in Integrated Leadership, I have a passion to share knowledge through insurance relationships and teaching opportunities in the insurance field. Completing the Certified Insurance Counselor courses and the Certified Risk Management series provides in depth education and resources I share with clients and staff. The Professional in Human Resource designation has refined my HR knowledge base which I practice on a daily basis as the Operations Manager with the General Agency.  My strengths are in company collaboration, sales strategies, streamlining processes, coverage interpretation, creating efficiencies, team building, and talent management.
