Jason is a Mediator helping parties successfully resolve conflicts and reach mutually beneficial resolutions. He has a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) from Willamette University College of Law’s Center for Dispute Resolution, and has completed mediation training through the King County Dispute Resolution Center and the Straus Institute’s intensive “Mediating the Litigated Case” program at Pepperdine Law School. Jason is also a certified Rule 39.1 neutral for the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington’s Alternative Dispute Resolution program. He is a Certified Online Mediator through Mediate.com and can work with parties located anywhere.
Jason litigated for three decades in numerous areas of law, including personal injury, municipal law, police excessive force, professional liability (legal, medical and chiropractic), employment, civil rights, construction project owner/contractor liability, construction defects and product defect liability. Jason has consistently won favorable decisions for clients, in federal and state courts, at both the trial and appellate levels.
Jason is a graduate of Colorado College and Willamette University College of Law. He is AV Rated by his peers in Martindale Hubbell (the highest rating for legal ability and ethics) and has been rated a “Rising Star” for multiple years in Washington Law & Politics ‘Super Lawyers’ magazine.
