SELF-DRIVING TO DISTRACTION: CASE STUDIES INVOLVING AUTONOMOUS VEHICLES:
This CLE: Course Objective: To educate claims, risk management and legal professionals with regard to tools and methodologies that can be used to better perform their respective claims management responsibilities.  In particular, attendees will learn, among other things: legal issues that may arise in accidents involving autonomous vehicles based on case studies in accidents occurring in Nevada, Arizona and California, including a discussion of potential defenses and theories of liability for accidents involving this new technology.
