This course is desgined to educate industry professionals on the emerging trends that are occuring in the construction and defect markets - most notably, the contrast between who is responsible; the design team or the construction team. The design team often includes architects and engineers, while the construction team includes contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers. Construction and defect matters that become litigated and require expert opinions. The course includes real-world cases and examples, and closes with case studies focused on the design team and/or the construction team.
