Our two hour event will present two educational topics.  For the first hour, Bob Totra of Alton & Southern Railway and Chris Collier of Hawkins Parnell will discuss how to handle a catastrophic accident and, in particular, dealing with claimants.  For the second hour, Chad Schrand of ESI and Doug Brod of Erie Insurance will talk about structural damage and repair and the effect on claims and litigation.
