To educate claims, risk management and construction legal professionals as to 1) strategies to keep your career on track while having a family and 2) why it is important for industries especially the construction industry to support these persons. Attendees will hear professionals in the claims and legal industry discuss their experiences as to how they continued to advance their careers while becoming parents. Likewise, the panel will discuss, from the employer’s perspective, different strategies they have used to retain personnel as they start families and what did and did not work for them.
