Scott R. Britton is a founding partner in the law firm of Ford & Britton PC and has practiced as a trial attorney in Chicago since 1985. He concentrates his practice in insurance defense and commercial litigation. He has experience in all aspects of trial and appellate practice with an emphasis in products liability, transportation, construction, professional negligence, insurance coverage and related litigation. Scott has also given a number of presentations to various groups on insurance and related topics to insurance companies and national business organizations. He has received the “AV” designation from Martindale Hubbell, the highest peer rating given for professional skills and ethics. Scott is a graduate of Millikin University and the University of Illinois, College of Law.
In addition to his legal practice, Scott was appointed to the Glenview District 34 School Board in 2002 and was elected to a full term in 2003. He served on the competition committee and for the last year on the board, functioned as vice president. He was elected to the Village of Glenview Board of Trustees in 2007 and was re-elected in 2011.

Karen Painter Randall, a partner and Certified Civil Trial attorney at Connell Foley LLP, where she chairs the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Group. Karen has extensive experience counseling lawyers, law firms, healthcare entities, local and state government, financial institutions, educational facilities, transportation companies and retail clients on information security laws and regulations. She advises on all facets of information security preparedness, provides proactive plans to address cyber risk and serves as a "breach response coach" across various industries. Karen offers strategic solutions related to post-breach matters, including forensic and e-discovery investigations, statutory notification requirements, remediation, class action litigation, regulatory compliance and enforcement actions. As a national thought leader in the cyber field, Karen recently received her third ABA presidential appointment to the Cybersecurity Legal Task Force. Karen is founder and chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Cybersecurity Legal Task Force and in 2018 created the University of South Carolina School of Law's Cybersecurity Legal Task Force, one of the first Cybersecurity Legal Task Forces for a law school in the southeast. A member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and co-chair of its New Jersey Knowledge Net Chapter, Karen is integral to numerous efforts to guide clients on information security and the ethics of data protection. Karen serves as vice chair of the USLAW Network Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Group. She was selected by Bloomberg BNA to serve as its New Jersey Contributing Practitioner on cyber and privacy issues for Bloomberg Law: Privacy & Data Security, focusing on the regulatory and compliance landscape of data protection laws in the U.S. and around the world. In May 2019, Karen was named by NJBIZ as a winner of the inaugural “NJ Digi-Tech Innovators Awards” and was the only attorney among the 34 honorees selected for this award.

Howard is a Senior Broker for Cyber Product Solutions in the FINEX Cyber and E&O practice. Howard is based in Willis Towers Watson’s New York office and serves as a specialized risk advisor and product solutionist for his clients. Howard focuses on privacy liability, network security, technology errors and omissions, media liability and other miscellanenous professional services. His responsibilities include client advocacy and relationship management, program design and development and negotiation and placement, among others.
Prior to joining Willis, Howard managed all cyber claims for Ironshore Insurance which included privacy and network security claims, technology E&O claims, and media liability claims. Howard was also responsible for vendor management, policy and endorsement drafting and helped with development and innovation. In addition, Howard acted as the Director of the Ironshore Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) where he served as lead in developing incident responses with clients to privacy/data breaches and network security events.
Howard received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware
