Krista Glenn is Executive Vice President and Chief Claims Officer for Westfield Specialty and brings 30 years of insurance claims and management experience to the role. At Westfield Specialty, Ms. Glenn is building a new, full-service claims organization in order to support all of Westfield Specialty's lines of business which currently include E&S Casualty; E&S Property; Financial Institutions; Management Liability and Westfield Pro (Cyber, E&O and Professional Liability).
Prior to joining Westfield Specialty, Krista spent five years as EVP, Chief Claims Officer at a North Carolina-based insurance carrier. Krista also spent more than 21 years at the ACE/Chubb companies where she held many roles in Chubb, ACE North America and ACE Group Claims. She ended her career at Chubb as the Head of Multinational Claims with dual reporting to the Global Accounts underwriting division. Krista began her career handling claims and declaratory judgment actions at AIG in New York.
Krista is a member of Chief, a 2019 Women to Watch and a 2015 Woman on the Move award winner, a member of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel and APIW, and an advisory board member for the CLM. She is a graduate of Seton Hall University and Delaware Law School and is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In her most important role, Krista is the proud mother of two adult daughters.

John F. Mullen, Sr. has been licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 1991, and leads Nelson Levine deLuca & Horst’s Complex Litigation Practice Group.John has a personal focus on preparation for and defense of network security and privacy data breach events. He has presented on network and data security issues for insurers and brokers (Marsh, Willis, A.J. Gallagher, Wells Fargo and others) via national webinar/phone conferences and live presentations (NetDiligence, ACI, CPCU, RIMS and PLUS), and has been published on cyber/data loss issues in various publications including several articles in Best’s Review.John’s data and security practice centers on immediate and comprehensive response to data loss events, ideally post-event, but prior to suit. Through this approach, John concentrates on determining the scope of data loss through forensics, providing advice on customer and government notification, public relations management, analyzing data/document handling and retention compliance, as well as managing appropriate customer remedies, litigation hold/e-discovery requirements, indemnity shifting analysis, class action and multi-district litigation (MDL) issues.Specifically, John serves as Breach Coach Advisor and uses a pool of independent third-party professional service providers who have the capabilities and experience to help organizations and businesses execute their data breach response. In this role, John provides data breach consultation services and assists insureds as they manage the firms needed to address a data breach event such as firms handling computer forensics, notifications, call centers, public relations, crisis communications, fraud consultation, credit monitoring and identity restoration.John has been presenting on e-discovery issues throughout the U.S. since 2005. John received his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. from Arizona State University, College of Law.

Campbell, KY. I have 32 years of tort claims experience including -- outside investigation (on-scene and follow-up); -- heavy casualty (Auto/trucking, premises, products, construction and personal injury) litigation management; -- professional malpractice - attorneys I have previously participated in Panel Discussions for the TBA and CNA/Pearl, providing continuing education to attorneys regarding trends in Attorney Malpractice, as well as presenting a seminar session for Juris. I retired from CNA Insurance as a large loss unsupported excess liability consultant for exposures arising within the 48 contiguous states and Canada.
