Jackie is a Vice President, Claims Consultant in Brown & Brown’s National Casualty Practice based in Atlanta, GA. She has a focused approach as a client advocate to identify and develop effective solutions to maximize cost containment and manage the Casualty related programs of her clients.

Ms. Chapman has more than twenty-six years of insurance industry experience working for third party administrators and international corporations where she has largely focused on developing innovative and efficient solutions to claims challenges impacting the Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality, Manufacturing, and Transportation sectors. Prior to joining Brown & Brown, Jackie was the Senior Global Claims Manager for Primo Water Corporation, providing strategic and technical claims management and leadership across nearly two dozen countries covering all lines of commercial insurance, including: property, casualty, marine/cargo, products liability, and FINPRO. Jackie’s unique perspective focuses on collaboration, communication, and problem-solving techniques designed to yield measurable results and positive outcomes for her clients.

Ms. Chapman graduated from Georgia State University in 2002, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology with concentrations in pre-medicine and the human sciences. Since that time, she has earned several designations in the field of insurance and risk management including an Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), and an Associate in Management (AIM). Jackie is also in the process of completing the CPCU designation.

Ms. Chapman presently sits as the President of the Western Florida Chapter of CLM, having previously served as Vice President (2016-2022). She has also held the offices of President (2014-2015) and Vice President (2013-2014) of CLM's Atlanta Chapter and served as Assistant Secretary for the Atlanta Claims Association (ACA) (2014-2016).

Her responsibilities include overseeing the program and managing the casualty litigation along with other lines of coverage including property, media liability, and reps & warranties. Rachel has been with Cox Enterprises for over 24 years and has held various roles within the Cox risk management department in both insurance and claims. Matthew C. Nodier, is Of Counsel with  the firm Graves Carley and practices state-wide primarily defending companies and insurers in personal injury claims.  He has also served as a consultant for companies in reducing their personal injury exposure and training managers and employees in  accident investigation and reporting.  In addition, Mr. Nodier has served as a consultant with insurers relative to Louisiana insurance coverage and cancellation issues, as well as trained insurance and third party adjusters in pre and post suit adjusting techniques for Louisiana cases.  Mr. Nodier has 15 years of litigation experience.  He is licensed in the state of Louisiana, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal.  Mr. Nodier is a member of the American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, Baton Rouge Bar Association, Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, Leadership for Lawyers, Associations of Litigation Support Professionals, Insurance Claims Professionals, and Casualty Claims Professionals.  Mr. Nodier earned his B.A. degree from Loyola University of New Orleans and his J.D. degree from The Paul M. Hebert School of Law/LSU Law School.  Mr. Nodier is New Orleans native with roots throughout South Louisiana.

Mr. McCullough received his Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in structures, from the University of Florida. Mr. McCullough’s professional experience encompasses structural design, construction defect investigation, construction management, conflict resolution, and construction/development feasibility studies. The emphasis of Mr. McCullough’s structural design experience consists of segmental bridge design, municipal building design, custom residential design, and seismic retrofit analysis for historical buildings. Mr. McCullough functioned as Operations Manager for a construction and development company prior to serving as Founder and Principal of a development services company. As Principal, Mr. McCullough provided clients with a full suite of construction management and development services, including on-site construction management, design solutions, financial feasibility studies, dispute resolution, contract compliance, critical path analysis, and project charter evaluation. Mr. McCullough performs investigations relating to construction defects, structural failures and collapses, and wind and flood damage.
 
Mr. McCullough is a licensed P.E. in Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia; a licensed Certified Building Contractor in Florida; a licensed General Contractor in California; and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

David W. Willis is originally from Pensacola, Florida and has practiced law in Georgia since 1999. Since 2001, his practice has focused on representing self-insured employers and insurers in workers’ compensation and employment related matters. He has successfully litigated many claims throughout Georgia from the administrative hearing level and throughout the appellate process. He has experience handling a variety of workers’ compensation issues, including complex medical claims, second injury recovery actions and subrogation cases.
In 2011, David was honored on the Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Stars list, voted by his peers as one of Atlanta’s best young lawyers. The honor is given to only 2.5 % of the lawyers in Georgia. He is also AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. In his practice, David has lectured throughout Georgia and across the country on workers’ compensation topics and presented papers to various employment groups and insurance organizations. He has spoken on such subjects as Medicare issues, occupational disease claims, light duty work issues and cumulative trauma injuries. He is also an approved speaker for the CEU Institute for continuing education credits.
David is a member of the State Bar of Georgia as well as the Florida Bar. He is also a member of the Georgia Workers’ Compensation Section, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Atlanta Claims Association. David received his undergraduate degree in 1996 from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He earned his law degree in 1999 from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.
David resides in Marietta, Georgia with his wife and three children. He is a participant and supporter of various community organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, Kids’ Chance, and the Atlanta Food Bank. He is also a member of Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church.
