Prior to assuming this role Kevin managed the Employment Practices Liability and Governmental Liability Claims team. Before that, Kevin was a senior claims analyst with Allied World Assurance Company, handling employment practices, governmental liability and directors and officers claims. Before joining Allied World in 2008, Kevin litigated a variety of cases including tort claims, governmental liability issues, employment related claims, insurance coverage claims, medical malpractice and professional liability claims while practicing law with Jackson, O’Keefe and Phelan in Hartford, Connecticut.

Frederick J. Fisher, J.D. is the President of Fisher Consulting Group, Inc. and was the Founder of E.L.M. Insurance Brokers, a Wholesale & MGA facility specializing in Professional Liability and Specialty Line risks. He is a Member of the Editorial Board for Agents of America; a Faculty Member of the  Claims College,  and Member of the Executive Council, School of Professional Lines sponsored by the Claims & Litigation Management Association and a course designer and webinar Instructor for the Academy of Insurance (sponsored by the Insurance Journal).Since his career began,  Mr. Fisher focused on one vision: providing financial security to the client. The result was a  successful 40 year career in Specialty Lines Insurance. In 1975, Mr. Fisher began his career on the service side, as an Independent E&O claims adjuster. In 1982, he bought the Company, continued with claims, while expanding the firm’s services to include  qualitative claim auditing, risk management & loss control services, and acting as a TPA. In only 4 years, the annual billings increased by 400%.  His claim auditing techniques and recommendations resulted in substantial client savings (including the SCRTD now known as the Los Angles MTA). Many Insurers and self-insured’s adopted not only the performance standards raised in the audits, but adopted his recommended Attorney Management Guidelines as a base, which are still in use today by many major insurers. 
In 1995, he formed what is now known as ELM insurance Brokers, a firm that has acted as an MGA and Wholesale Broker of Professional Liability Insurance  and Specialty Lines. From nothing, the firm grew rapidly to a $30 Million dollar facility when sold in 2008. He has lectured extensively on professional liability issues since 1978, and authored over 64 articles in trade journals and periodicals. He is the author of BROKER BEWARE, Selling Real Estate within the Law. He designed a program to conduct on site pre-underwriting risk management assessments of a clients' professional liability exposures. In 1989, he became a Founding Member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS),  and was elected to the PLUS Board of Trustees in 1993. After serving in all Officer capacities, he was elected President in 1997.  He remains a Special Materials Expert for several RPLU courses and is the Senior Technical Advisor for The Professional Liability Manual, first published by the International Risk Management Institute in 1990. He has taught over 100  CE classes and lectures. He testifies regularly as an expert witness in cases dealing with the duties and obligations of professionals as well as on coverage and claims-made issues.

Haralyn Isaac is Vice President-Claims at Great American Insurance Company’s Executive Liability Division.  Ms. Isaac handles multi-million dollar claims made against corporate directors and officers, breach of contract and bad faith claims brought against Great American and media related and data breach claims.  In addition, she manages a staff of attorneys handling of professional liability claims.  In addition to her claim handling and supervisory responsibilities, Ms. Isaac’s duties at Great American includes a role on the division’s steering committee, membership on the panel counsel task force, working with underwriters on policy language, interpretation and endorsements, interacting with reinsurers and selecting and managing outside legal counsel.  She also has primary responsibility for the oversight of managing general underwriters.

She has extensive experience in D&O financial lines and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on fidelity, fiduciary, and surety claims investigation and litigation. Mr. Farrar revised and improved insurance coverage placements and self-insured retentions to strengthen and enhance the City’s risk profile. Under his leadership, the City’s trial lawyers use their understanding of the financial, business and political factors affecting the City to consistently achieve success.  The City handles over 85% of its litigation defense in-house.

Bruce began his career as a prosecutor in the State’s Attorney’s Office of Cook County, Illinois as an assistant state’s attorney. Bruce has been providing clients with litigation and counseling services for three decades. As an active litigator, Bruce’s practice consists of high-profile, complex commercial, insurance, professional liability, non-compete/trade secret and constitutional/political litigation. As an adjunct to his professional liability practice, Bruce frequently serves as an attorney’s fee expert and is regularly retained to assist litigants in managing their high stakes litigation. Bruce has conducted in excess of 500 legal bill audits involving in excess of $5 billions of dollars in legal fees.

Bruce currently serves as a gubernatorial appointee on the Judicial Inquiry Board for the State of Illinois. Darcy L. Proctor is a partner in Tressler’s Local Government Practice Group. Darcy concentrates her practice in the defense of local governments in all aspects of tort, civil rights liability and employment litigation. She also defends private sector employers across a variety of employment law issues. A seasoned litigator, Darcy has taken dozens of cases to trial in both state and federal court. Clients trust Darcy to provide them with the best defense possible in court based upon her proven record of successful results. She also counsels her clients with training seminars, educating on best practices and loss prevention strategies to mitigate liability.

Darcy has devoted her legal career almost exclusively to litigation in both state and federal courts throughout the State of Illinois. Darcy has successfully defended local governments including cities, towns, villages, school districts, park districts and other public entities in civil rights, tort, wrongful death and employment litigation matters.

Prior to joining Tressler, Darcy served as lead counsel for the largest self-insured school cooperative pool in Illinois. She also acted as outside litigation counsel for the City of Chicago and PACE. In these roles, Darcy managed all aspects of complex, high-profile and high-exposure tort, civil rights and employment litigation, including extensive discovery and motion practice, jury trials and appeals, as well as risk management analysis and counseling for clients.
