Kris Bartos was admitted to the Bar in 2007.  He graduated from the University of Wisconsin law school in 2007.  While in law school Mr. Bartos interned with Judge Richard Brown in District II of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals.  He graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2004.  Mr. Bartos has conducted multiple jury trials, labor arbitrations, and administrative hearings. Mr. Bartos also spoke at the Wisconsin Defense Counsel Summer 2012 Conference on "Limiting Damages for Employment Claims."

Anthony D. BarkerMr. Barker received his Master of Business Administration degree with concentrations in management strategy and organizations, marketing, international business and finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.  He attained his Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and management from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, graduating with honors distinction, Magna Cum Laude.  He is responsible for managing the Chicago Branch of S-E-A, Ltd., which includes 15 direct reports.  S-E-A is a multi-disciplined forensic engineering company specializing in failure analysis, research and testing. In 2011, Mr. Barker was promoted to Branch Operations Manager, responsible for training and development of new employees, billing review, general financial oversight, including assistance with accounts receivables collections, performance reviews, as well as business development for a $4 million branch office.  Current manager role is multi-faceted to include office management, as well as direct sales to outside clients, including attorneys, corporations, insurance companies, third-party administrators, brokers, municipalities, etc.He successfully increased total project count over 26% in three years of management; increased average monthly project count and revenues each by 30%, while increasing headcount by roughly 42% in the same time period.  He also maintained a consistently profitable operation while creating the fourth largest office among ten.  He added several specialty lines to diversify disciplines and further differentiate S-E-A in the forensic engineering field.  Prior to managing the Chicago office, he served as the Marine & Energy Practice Group Manager for approximately seven years, experiencing tremendous growth in revenues from nearly $70,000 in revenues to well over $900,000.  Since inception, the Marine & Energy Practice Group grew by 13 times in a period of seven years, showing consistently high growth while diversifying company industry market segments.  Mr. Barker has served as a strategic operations leader with a proven track record and business development skills, as he has grown S-E-A’s Chicago office from 2 employees to 17, since joining S-E-A.  He is a former President of the Chicago Chapter Blue Goose Insurance Organization, as well as a former President of the Chicago Chapter of the Miami University Alumni Association.  He is currently a board member for the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) and also serves on the Admissions and Nominations Committee, providing oversight to S-E-A’s Board of Directors.  Prior to S-E-A, Mr. Barker was a management consultant at Andersen Business Consulting, based out of Cincinnati, Ohio.  His role with this Big 5 firm was providing cost reductions for a major military contractor through process improvements, assisting with the implementation of integration software for a major construction products manufacturer, as well as assisting with a change assessment and gap analysis for a major health care consortium.

Therese M Sizer graduated with honors from Drake University Law School in Des Moines Iowa and has tried cases in Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin. She has been a Senior Attorney for over 20 years at West Bend Mutual Insurance Company.  Prior to coming to West Bend, she was in private practice in Davenport Iowa, practicing in both Iowa and Illinois.  She is licensed in all three of those state’s courts as well as Federal Courts.  Throughout her career, Ms Sizer has focused her practice on insurance litigation, representing both the insured and the insurance carrier.   She is a current member of the State Bar Associations for Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin, the WDC (Wisconsin Defense Counsel), NASP and is a member and Past President of the Greater Milwaukee CPCU chapter.  She also serves on the  School Board, West Bend Jt. School District No. 1 as well as various non-profit organizations in West Bend.
