Jordan Zeldin

Claims Adjuster

Self Employed

I am a Twenty Four year old claims adjuster who is currently employed with Gallgher Bassett Services, Inc. I am realtively new to the industry with under 5 years of experience, but I am eager and willing to learn as much as I can. I have a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Cal State University of Fullerton and graduated in May of 2013. Already working a claims desk during my last semester of college, I decided that my future was in handling claims and made the decision to become a claims professional once I graduated.

Some of my strongest attributes are my work ethic, my personable attitude, and my thirst for learning. I find these to be valuable in the Insurance work enviornment as there are always going to be days where you need to put in extra hours and I find it imperative to provide morale support to coworkers in need.

I mainly handle construction defect and general liability claims for Gallagher Bassett. I find arena of construction defect to be mentally stimilating like a giant game of chess and as I continue to develop an expertise in these claims, they will challenge me constantly. It's a perfect relationship.

I am still learning every day about the complex world of Insurance. I have worked only for Third Party Administrators, so my carrier knowledge is unforuntately non-existent, however, being on the TPA side provides valuable insight into the buisness models of Insurance Orginzations.
