Marianne Sadowski joined Farmers Mutual of Salem in December of 1991 as the Assistant Claims Manager.  Her primary responsibilities were handling the Casualty Claims and Training.  In June of 2000, she was promoted to Claims Manager and in March of 2001,  promoted to Vice President Claims.  . In February of 2002, she switched positions to Claims Technical Specialist when she moved to North Jersey and presently handles casualty claims and is the Education Director for the Company.  Marianne has 33 years of claims experience.
She started her  insurance career in December of 1982 as a Claims Adjuster for the Hanover Insurance NY Metro Branch .  She worked there approximately 8 ½ years  in the positions of claims adjuster, unit manager and claims trainer until she moved to South Jersey.  She then worked for General Accident as a claims trainer before accepting her position with Farmers Mutual of Salem.

Eric Harrison obtained a B.A. in English Literature from Princeton University in 1990 and a J.D. cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center in 1993.  After clerking in Ocean County Superior Court he joined the Edison, NJ firm of Methfessel & Werbel in 1994, where he has practiced ever since.  Mr. Harrison has been certified as a Civil Trial Attorney since 1999.  He chairs Methfessel & Werbel’s Employment Practices and Civil Rights Group, where his litigation practice focuses on insurance coverage and liability, employment, civil rights and education law.  
 
Marianne Sadowski is a claims manager with Farmers of Salem.  Ms. Sadowski is experienced in handling and overseeing claims involving commercial auto, construction defect, coverage and a variety of property damage and personal injury actions in the context of residential and commercial properties.  Ms. Sadowski likewise has experience in the handling of various EPL matters.
