Professional Experience
Currently, John is Area Manager of our Risk Control and Claim Advocacy Practice for the Carolinas and Technical Claim Manager for the South Region of Willis. Before beginning his career with Willis, John held various national and regional claim positions with GAB Robins, Crawford and Company and most recently Executive General Adjuster with CJW & Associates in Atlanta, Ga.
John has 37 years of experience in the insurance claims and third party administration sectors of the insurance industry. John’s areas of expertise include claim and risk management issues that arise out of the construction, trucking, pharmaceutical, public sector, retail and manufacturing industries, with an emphasis on complex liability and property claim management and contract review. John has strong communication skills and emphasizes teambuilding among our client and market relationships.
 
Credentials
John holds a BSBA degree from East Carolina University and the AIC designation from the Insurance Institute of America. John served most recently as the First Vice President for the Atlanta Claims Association and was an active member of the Southern Loss Association

Kimberly Loverich

Vice President, Risk Management

Fidelity National Financial, Inc.

Kimberly (Kim) A. Loverich is the Vice President of Risk Management and is responsible for risk management functions across the enterprise.  She has also served as a shared service to Fidelity National Information Services, Inc., and Lender Processing Services, Inc., both formerly held subsidiaries of FNF.
 
Prior to her role at FNF, Kim was the Director of Claims for Bi-Lo Holdings, Inc., formerly Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc., managing claims associated with an approximate $500M casualty book reserve and hurricane losses of approximately $150M.  Prior to that role, as Operations Manager Kim was responsible for insurance underwriting, captive administration, and business continuity planning.  Before that, Kim held various roles with several companies with insurance or finance responsibilities.

Kim earned her B.S. in Marketing from Florida State University and M.B.A. from the University of West Florida.

William Warren

RWH Myers & Company, LLC

William A. Warren, CPA, is a co-founder of RWH Myers and partner-in-charge of the firm’s
Atlanta office. He provides expert services in the analysis and presentation of business
interruption, extra expense and property damage claims, as well as the quantification and
reporting of complex business interruption values and exposures. Mr. Warren also helps
clients measure damages related to builders risk claims, OCIP claims, patent infringements,
employee fidelity, third-party liability and other commercial disputes. He also provides expert
services for matters in appraisal, mediation, arbitration and litigation.
Mr. Warren has represented major public and private for-profit, not-for-profit, and public
entities throughout North America, South America and Europe. He works with clients from a
broad range of industries, including chemical, distribution, food services, forest products,
financial and professional services, healthcare, manufacturing, mining, technology and
communications, real estate, and retail.
Experience
Mr. Warren assists clients with individual losses as well as managing many losses during
regional catastrophic (“CAT“) events, including the September 11th terrorist attacks; the
severe hurricane seasons of 1998, 2004, 2005 and Superstorm Sandy; Mississippi River
flooding; contingent losses stemming from Thailand flooding, and freeze losses during the
winter of 2013/2014.
