Elizabeth S. Fitch is a founding and managing member of the Righi Fitch Law Group.  She is a trial lawyer with 35 years of civil defense experience and has the AV Preeminent rating. Beth has defended numerous multi-million dollar cases ranging from catastrophic injuries to construction defect cases. She has defended all types of professionals from lawyers to architects. In 2017, Beth was selected as a Business Insurance Women to Watch Honoree. In 2023, she was  once again recognized as a Super Lawyer, which makes this her twelfth year in a row.  Beth is board certified in Privacy and US Data Protection. This CIPP/US certification is the preeminent privacy credential in the US private sector. She is also certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals and serves as the Co-Dean of the CLM School of Cyber Claims College.  She is the co-founder of Ladder Down, an award winning program that empowers female lawyers to fulfill their career potential.  She is the past President of Arizona Association of Defense Counsel. Beth looks for innovative solutions that bring about the clients desired result in an economical and expedient manner. She even writes and speaks nationally on law firm leadership.

Emily Lukes is an attorney and Claims Examiner in the Miscellaneous Professional Liability group at Markel’s office in Deerfield, Illinois. Ms. Lukes handles a variety of professional liability claims throughout the country, with an emphasis on lawyers, information technology and data breach claims. She also has experience handling matters involving insurance agents and brokers, real estate agents and brokers, and title companies in addition to employment practices and tenant discrimination claims. Before joining Markel, Ms. Lukes worked as an insurance coverage and defense attorney in private practice in Chicago, Illinois. She earned her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law where she was a Law Review editor and Moot Court member and earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

S. Jennifer Sellas-Mannino is a Director of Subrosa Investigations. Her specialization is indomestic and international intelligence gathering, due diligence and background investigations.She oversees full cycle investigations in support of commercial lending institutions, alternativeinvestment groups and in-house and outside legal counsel. Jennifer is well connected in theinvestment community, having worked with institutional investors, venture capitalists, familyoffices, and private equity firms over the last 15 years.A New York native, Jennifer moved to Phoenix in 2009 and co-founded the transactionalinvestigative firm RISC®. In 2012, RISC® was absorbed by Subrosa Investigations which wasranked the following year by the Phoenix Business Journal as one of the Valley’s Best Places toWork in 2013 and 2014.
Jennifer earned her B.A. from Fordham University and an M.B.A. in Global Management fromthe University of Phoenix. She served as the Chairperson for AzALL's Legal Research Instituteand is a prior Board Member of ACG Arizona Chapter. She is also a member of 100 Women InHedge Funds and the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors.
