Teresa began her career in 1997 as a customer service representative at Stacy Insurance Agency in Findlay, Ohio. In 2000, she joined State Auto in Columbus, Ohio where she handled both casualty litigation files as well as first notice large exposure claims until claim resolution. In 2015, Teresa accepted a new opportunity at Nationwide Insurance holding roles as a Commercial Claims Litigation Manager and later an individual contributor in Complex Commercial Casualty handling exposures over $1M. Teresa previously worked with Crum and Forster’s Surplus and Specialty Dram Shop Liability division and in 2022, joined Ohio Mutual Insurance Group in Casualty Claims. Teresa holds a Master’s in Insurance Management from Columbia University in New York, New York and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio. In addition to being licensed for claims adjusting in every state, she holds the following professional insurance designations: Associate in Claims (AIC), Fraud Law Claims Specialist (FCLS), Associate in General Insurance (AINS), and Certified Claims Professional (CCP). She is presently completing her SCLA & CPCU designations.

Erin has been practicing law since 1993. She is currently a shareholder in Green & Green, Lawyers in Dayton, Ohio, a leading provider of general and complex multi-party litigation services whose clients include individuals, insurers, businesses, and governmental entities. Erin's practice focuses on construction, insurance coverage, governmental liability, personal injury, premises liability, employment, consumer rights and bankruptcy litigation. She represents both plaintiffs and defendants, providing well-rounded experience.
A graduate of Indiana University (with high distinction), and the Ohio State University College of Law (with honors), Erin was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Society and the Order of the Coif, a national honor society for law school graduates. Erin is admitted to practice in Ohio, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
Erin is a member of the Dayton, Ohio State and American Bar Associations, the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, the Defense Research Institute, the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court (an organization of trial counsel and judges), and, of course, Claims & Litigation Management Alliance. She has also taught trial practice and alternative dispute resolution for the University of Dayton College of Law as an adjunct, served as an arbitrator in private and court-sponsored arbitrations and serves as the chairperson of the Sugarcreek Township Board of Zoning Appeals.
