Doreen Munzenberger is a Complex Director, P&C Severity/Excess Casualty at AIG in the Greater New York City Area, a position she has held since 2008. In this capacity, among other responsibilities, Ms. Munzenberger handles a case load of Construction Accident related cases which are complex and carry high exposure cases.
 
Previously Ms. Munzenberger was an Insurance Construction Technical Specialist at St. Paul Travelers and a Senior Case Manager with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.
 
Ms. Munzenberger is a widely recognized expert on Labor Law and Coverages issues and possesses a passion for teaching. She has assisted the CLM Long Island Chapter with her Labor Law and Risk Transfer presentations in the past couple of years.
 
She is Licensed Adjuster in 28 states, holds a Senor Claim Law Associate designation and a 10 Hour OSHA Certificate.

As a founding partner of the firm of Campolo, Middleton & McCormick and senior trial partner, Scott handles all types of litigation focusing on complex negligence cases. He created and leads the firm’s Catastrophic Loss Team. For over 25 years, Scott has taken an efficient and cost effective approach to resolving client’s litigation matters.
Scott’s experience has included representing individuals and defending large and small businesses as well as municipalities in a wide array of personal injury matters. These cases have included: transportation law (auto, commercial truck, school bus and motor coach), premises liability, labor law (construction accidents, labor and employment matters), civil rights, wrongful death, road design, product liability and representation of architects and engineers. He is involved in numerous professional organizations including: Trucking Industry Defense Association, Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, Defense Research Institute and New York State Trial Lawyers Association
His roles as Trustee, Mayor and Village Justice, as well as Village Attorney/Prosecutor (Incorporated Village of Lake Grove) place him in the unique position of being able to view cases from the standpoint of the public official. He remains a member of the New York State Magistrates and Suffolk County Magistrates Associations.
Scott has served as President of the Stony Brook University Alumni Association as well as an adjunct the Department of Political Science where he taught in the Masters in Public Policy School. In 2007 he was honored with the Distinguished Alumni Award from the Political Science Department. He continues to support the University as a member of the Stony Brook Children’s Hospital Task Force and the Intercollegiate Athletic Board. Scott also serves his community as a member of the Town of Brookhaven’s Industrial Development Agency.
He is admitted to practice law in States of New York and Connecticut as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Stony Brook University and graduated from Brooklyn Law School.

He forged his litigation skills in the Major Offense and Homicide Bureaus of the Bronx District Attorneys office. Paul Devine, a partner in Gerber Ciano Kelly Brady 's Garden City office, has over 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer and has recorded more than 100 verdicts in state and federal courts. He has successfully defended owners and contractors in construction work site accidents, railroad accidents, and catastrophic injury cases. Paul has experience in defending public and school transportation providers in municipal liability, product liability, and civil rights claims, and he represented the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey in the 1993 World Trade Center Bombing Cases. He continues to represent the Port Authority and contractors in matters involving workplace accidents at the World Trade Center.He appears frequently in the Appellate Divisions of New York's First and Second Judicial Departments, successfully arguing appeals in those courts. LEONA TETRAULT is a Senior Technical Specialist in the General Liability division of the Travelers Indemnity Company, having held this position since 1997. In this role Ms. Tetrault routinely handles high severity premises, products, Labor Law, A & E, completed operations and contractual liability claims. Notable reported successes include including the matter of Blake v. Neighborhood Housing Services of
New York City, 1 N.Y.3d 280, 771 N.Y.S.2d 4848.
 
Prior to this role she served as the Associate Manager for General Liability with the Travelers Insurance Company in Melville, New York , managing all aspects of four Commercial General Liability claim units, including a unit in White Plains, consisting of supervisors, inside and field representatives, and support staff with varied levels of experience.
 
Ms. Tetrault began her career as a National and Liability Claim Consultant with Aetna Casualty & Surety where she managed a General Liability Claim unit handled the highest severity commercial Product liability, Labor Law/Construction, Premises, Auto/Garage, Personal Auto and Homeowner claims, including catastrophic injury in the field office, reporting directly on exposure to the Claim Manager (who utilized field policy limit settlement authority), provided technical guidance and mentoring to claim professionals via formal and informal training and consultations, selected for and participated in, a National Technical Expert panel and the off-site joint NYS underwriting and claim project “Improving General Liability and Contractors’ Loss Ratios”.

Diane Stephens is currently Director of Excess and Transportation Programs for Triton Claim Management. She was previously the President of United Claims Service, Inc. out of Babylon, New York. Prior, she served as an Assistant Vice President at Allied World in Excess Casualty for two years, and was a Division Claims Manager with Lancer Insurance Company for 22 years, where she managed high exposure Commercial Motor Vehicle cases and specialized in trucking, buses, and limousine losses as well as being a part of an Immediate Response team. She also provided risk management training, and participated in multiple industry trade shows. In earlier claim roles, Ms. Stephens worked at Progressive Insurance as a Casualty Specialist/Casualty Team Leader, and she started her insurance career at Liberty Mutual Insurance handling multiple lines.

Diane was part of the leadership team of the Long Island Claims Litigation Management Alliance, serving as President. She is also a member of CLM's Alternative Dispute Resolution team. Diane was a proud member of the inaugural class at CLM's School of Transportation and has earned the designation of ACP. She is now a CLM faculty member, and has spoken at numerous conferences and events on a variety of topics that affect our industry today.
