Dr. Allison Stock is an internationally known toxicologist and epidemiologist with 22 years of toxicological, epidemiological, regulatory, and environmental experience.  Dr. Stock is a graduated of Trinity University (B.A) and the University Of Texas School Of Public Health Houston (MPH and PhD).  Her background is supported by experience in the federal and state government and industry (small and Fortune 500 companies). Dr. Stock specializes in human health risk assessments combing both toxicological and epidemiological data. She has expertise in petrochemicals, oil and gas, environmental permitting, property transfer, environmental, social, and health impact assessments, inhalation toxicology, renal toxicology, toxicological and epidemiological risk assessment, foodborne outbreaks, rapid needs assessments, emergency response, lead, ambient and indoor air quality issues, occupational health and safety plans, and stakeholder communications. Dr. Stock has served on both federal and industry working groups on air pollution issues such as particulate matter (PM2.5), benzene, carbon monoxide, and low sulfur diesel exhaust. Dr. Stock has also served as an expert witness and as the corporate representative for litigation support. She also has extensive experience in the evaluation of human health impact studies following environmental, occupational, and pharmaceutical exposures.

Ms. Verdier graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 1997. She defends employers in all types of labor and employment disputes pending before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, state and federal courts, and private arbitrators. Ms. Verdier also has significant experience in handling large and complex litigation matters in the areas of antitrust, copyright, and healthcare reimbursement. In addition to representing business clients in litigation, Ms. Verdier counsels companies with an eye toward preventing disputes and providing pre-litigation solutions. Ms. Verdier has represented businesses in liability and insurance matters and has represented insurance companies in matters involving reimbursement issues and insurance coverage disputes. Ms. Verdier was pleased to be included in the list of “Top Lawyers” in the Labor and Employment Category in the AZ Business magazine (March/April 2011 and March/April 2013) and the list of Top 100 Lawyers in AZ in 2020, 2022, and 2024. She was included in The Best Lawyers in America (Employment Law - Management and Litigation - Labor and Employment and Commercial Litigation) from 2022 to 2024.
