Mr. Brod is a Property Claim Supervisor with Erie Insurance in their Illinois Field Office. He has over 18 years of property claims experience; twelve years of that experience in large loss. He is a graduate of the Communications Department at Northern Illinois in DeKalb, Illinois.  Prior to his role at Erie, Doug has held many high level positions in the industry including Large Loss Adjuster for Property Claims, Field Trainer, Field Operations Manager, Director and Marine General Adjuster. He is licensed in 16 states.

Chris Collier is a partner in the Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois. Chris represents individuals as well as businesses, ranging from family-owned to Fortune 250 national and multinational corporations, and concentrates his litigation practice in the areas of premises liability, product liability, toxic tort, environmental, transportation, and general negligence. 

Chris focuses his practice in federal and state courts in Alabama, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, and West Virginia but has represented clients in numerous jurisdictions throughout the United States. In addition, Chris manages and coordinates litigation in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia. 

Chris believes in being readily available to his clients. Likewise, he understands the time demands and financial constraints faced by his clients, as he previously served in the role of Counsel-Litigation & Environmental for one of the nation’s Class I railroads. 

Mr. Schrand is structural engineer with over twelve years of experience in design and evaluation of buildings, repair and rehabilitation design, structural failure analysis, and seismic evaluation and design including nonstructural components. He has a Bachelor and Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with focus on structural and geotechnical engineering. Mr. Schrand is a licensed structural engineer in Illinois and a licensed professional engineer in Missouri, Colorado, Arkansas, Florida, and Indiana.

Robert “Bob” Totra is currently a General Claims Manager for Alton & Southern Railway Company (January, 2014 - Present).  Prior to that, he was a Senior Claims Representative for Union Pacific Railroad for 13 years. He is skilled in 24-hour coverage, investigation, case management, medical management and resolution of claims involving injuries and/or death of employees, motorists, licensees, trespassers or others on or about the railroad property; fires and/or property damages caused by railroad operations; accidents involving joint facilities, AMTRAK or industries; and any other event which may result in claims. Bob is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with a MBA and of Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville with a Bachelor’s degree in Bio/Biological Sciences, Community Health and Safety.
