Dennis J. Franchetti, AIC is presently supervising all casualty claims for the New London County Mutual Insurance Company of Norwich, Connecticut, as well for the affiliated Hingham Mutual Insurance Company of Hingham, Massachusetts. Work experience also includes handling of medical malpractice, complex coverage, environmental, municipal liability, Jones Act, CGL, and Directors' & Officers' claims.
In addition, Dennis served as a Reinsurance Consultant with Aetna Life & Casualty during the early to mid 1990's resolving reinsurance disputes.
Dennis is a 1983 graduate of Rhode Island College. He resides in Norwich, Connecticut with his wife and 2 daughters, and is an avid New England Patriots fan.

Bruce H. Raymond has served as lead counsel in more than 1000 litigated cases in over 20 years of trial practice in state and federal courts in Connecticut and Massachusetts. He earned his CIPP/US credential (Certified Information and Privacy Professional ) from the International Association of Privacy Professionals - IAPP. In addition to representing clients in data loss litigation, Bruce has been privileged to speak on the topic of data breach and privacy law on several state and national professional seminars including a recent panel with the Connecticut’s lead data breach enforcement officer. In 2013, Bruce appeared on the local NBC affiliate along with Attorney General George Jepsen in a feature story about how businesses should address customer privacy. His experience includes cyber liability, data breach, privacy law, professional liability, business litigation, products liability, toxic torts including asbestos, and intellectual property matters. Dennis J. Nelson, CPCU is Vice President of Claims for NLC Insurance Companies based out of Norwich, Connecticut. Prior to joining NLC in December 2006, Mr. Nelson was employed by CNA Insurance in Quincy, Massachusetts for fourteen years. He held several positions with CNA including Litigation Supervisor, Divisional Claim Manager, Assistant Vice President and Senior Account Manager, Client Services.
Mr. Nelson began his insurance career with Amica Insurance in Providence, Rhode Island as a Field Adjuster handling Homeowners and Automobile claims. After four years with Amica, Mr. Nelson began his career with American Universal Insurance, an excess and surplus writer also based in Providence, Rhode Island. During his ten years at American, Mr. Nelson held several positions including Field Representative in the Medical Malpractice unit, Major Casualty Examiner, Major Casualty Unit Supervisor, and Home Office Claims Manager. Here, Mr. Nelson handled a variety of claims including general liability, product liability, toxic tort, and environmental and medical malpractice.
Mr. Nelson spent two years as a Structured Settlement Consultant with Brokers Service Corporation in Providence, Rhode Island. He was directly involved with the design and placement of structured settlements through the use of life annuities.
Mr. Nelson received his Bachelor of Science degree from Bryant College and his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation in 1991. He currently lives with his family in Cranston, Rhode Island.

Steve Brown has a diverse civil litigation practice representing clients in a variety of industries in state and federal courts in Connecticut and across the country. During his career, Steve has represented and advised clients in litigation matters involving a wide array of subject matter areas and substantive legal issues. These include insurance coverage, professional liability, employment issues, general liability, medical malpractice, transportation, construction, and environmental and toxic tort matters. He has extensive, hands-on courtroom experience arguing complex, high-exposure cases in trials, arbitrations, mediations and appeals.
Steve has an excellent working knowledge of the court system and jurisdictions in Connecticut, and trains and supervises all of the Stamford office associates in a variety of procedural matters. Steve has Bar Admissions in Connecticut and New York.
He earned his J.D. in 1996 from Quinnipiac University School of Law and his B.A. from the University at Albany.
