Robin McDade is a Senior Resolution Manager for Gallagher Bassett.  She has 30 years experience in the claims industry, handling a variety of claims ranging from premises liability, general liability, professional liability, hospitality and construction.  Ms. McDade began her career adjusting hospitality claims for major national hotel brands before more recently transitioning to a more focused role servicing Gallagher Bassett’s Arch Insurance accounts.  She holds adjuster licenses in 33 states and handles claims across the United States.  Ms. McDade has also distinguished herself as an open water swimmer and regularly participates in open water races throughout North America.

Michael Parme is a Partner in Haight Brown & Bonesteel, LLP’s San Diego, California office.  Mr. Parme’s litigation practice encompasses the defense of commercial and insurance-related civil actions.  He is a Certified Litigation Management Professional and has written and presented on issues related to complex and class action litigation.  Mr. Parme is a graduate of Notre Dame Law School (J.D. 2008).  Born and raised in San Diego, he is involved with the local community concerns such as the Hillcrest Town Council, the Save Our Heritage Organisation, the Surfrider Foundation, San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, and Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego.

Ross Suter is the Assistant General Counsel at Magna Legal Services.  After practicing as a litigator in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for several years, he turned his attention to litigation consulting services where he has been involved in the development of graphics and trial presentation strategies. His work includes partnering with members of the trial team to develop themes and case strategies that persuade juries, judges and arbitration panels.  Mr. Suter has personally tried and consulted on cases in a wide variety of practice areas from intellectual property to commercial litigation to mass tort matters to name a few.  He is a frequent presenter of Continuing Legal Education seminars at law firms, law schools and legal associations on the use of litigation strategy, graphics and trial presentation solutions to maximize results in adversarial proceedings.  Mr. Suter received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law, a Master of Science from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts from McDaniel College.

Ms. Velissaropoulos focuses her practice in civil litigation, with an emphasis on insurance defense, including work on numerous construction defect and general liability claims.?
