Eugene is a partner at McCoy Leavitt Laskey LLC. He is the lead co-chair for CLM's property committee and is the past President of the Southeast Wisconsin CLM chapter. Eugene is an experienced trial attorney who has defended clients in numerous jurisdictions throughout the country. His practice focuses on the defense of companies facing catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage claims. He has extensive experience defending complex fire and explosion claims, product liability, construction cases, and architectural/engineering negligence claims.

Eugene has had his trial victories recognized in publications issued by the Defense Research Institute and the Wisconsin Law Journal. He has also been recognized as a “Wisconsin Super Lawyer." Additionally, Eugene is the Vice President of the Hearth Patio Barbecue Educational Foundation, an international trade organization comprised of companies in the fireplace and barbecue industries and  Board member of the Chimney Safety Institute of America. Eugene is also a frequent lecturer on an array of litigation topics and has written numerous articles for local, state, and national publications.

Spindletop utilizes top of the line forensic hardware and software to obtain all the important information including deleted files from Computers, laptops, cell phones, tablets, external- flash drive etc.
 
The presentation will be an introductory informative explanation of the type of devices that can be scrutinized and what type of data can be retrieved through Digital Forensics. We will go through Access Data Forensic Toolkit software applications and display the different tabs of information along with the Cellebrite phone extraction software and the type of information we can retrieve from cell phones and tablets.
We will also touch on the type of cases that can be enhanced through the use of Digital Forensics.
