Bob Bowman is the Director of Risk Management for the Wendy's Company, based in Dublin, Ohio. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University and resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife and two children.

Bob entered the insurance industry in 1990, in Cincinnati, with Safeco Insurance Companies, and spent seven years with them, in a variety of auto, property and casualty claims-related roles.

Bob joined Macy’s in 1997 and held a variety of roles in their Risk Management department over the past 14 years, including overseeing self-administered General Liability, Property and Workers’ Compensation claims groups, Risk Management Systems and IT Operations, Risk Management Reporting functions, Business Continuity Planning and Crisis Management groups and Insurance procurement and program placement.Bob joined the Wendy's organization in 2014, as the Director of Risk Management and holds responsibility for overseeing the placement and administration of insurance programs, claims administration and business continutity.

Away from the work, Bob has coached soccer, baseball, softball and basketball teams and has been a member of the Springdale Forest Park Lions Club. He previously served on the Vestry at St Anne Episcopal Church, acting as Stewardship Liaison, Jr. Warden and Sr. Warden. Bob participated in the Christ Renews His Parish program at St. Anne, serving in a variety of roles including Spiritual Director. He has also served at Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy on the Friends of Fine Arts board, as Membership chair, Treasurer and President. Bob enjoys supporting Back2Back Ministries and partnering with them on missionary projects in Monterrey, Mexico, and he is a member and Steering Committee chair for JH Ranch, Outback America in Cincinnati.

Barry Dillard is the Director of Risk Strategies, Insurance and Compliance with The Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.  With over twenty-nine years of industry experience, he has spent the last twenty-one years at Walt Disney World.  In his role he leads a team of 35 Cast Members with responsibilities including Insurance and Business Continuity Planning, Business Insight, Optimization, System Support, Regulatory & DOT Compliance, and strategic programs concerning construction, property and casualty risks.
 
In his previous role, Barry served as Director of Claims Management, and led a team of over sixty Cast Members who managed all aspects of the Company’s self-administered claims management program, including Workers’ Compensation and General Liability claims, as well as Compliance and Auditing. 
 
Barry proudly serves on the board of directors of the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) and the YMCA of Central Florida Teen Achievers Program. 
 
He is a graduate of Hampton University and received his Masters in Business Administration from Webster University, George Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology.  
 
Barry is a native of New Jersey and when he is not working, enjoys staying fit and traveling.

Jeffrey M. Lenkov

effrey M. Lenkov chairs both the firm's Sports Law Practice and the Retail, Restaurant & Hospitality practice.

He received his Juris Doctorate in May 1991 from the Northern Illinois University College of Law and a Bachelor's degree from McGill University in May 1987. Mr. Lenkov has extensive experience in civil litigation specializing in defending employment lawsuits, labor matters and significant injury tort claims involving wrongful death, brain injury, paralysis and food borne illness. He has served as lead trial counsel in several class action lawsuits. Mr. Lenkov handles complex cases in both State and Federal courts for prominent national and international clients. He has represented professional sports franchises and athletes on litigated and transactional matters. He is counsel to an international sports agency, which represents many well-known world class athletes.

Mr. Lenkov provides seminars for clients on various issues including risk management and strategies for avoiding workplace harassment.

Mr. Lenkov has formerly served as a Judge Pro Tem in the Los Angeles Superior Court and is a past recipient of the Wiley M. Manuel Award for Pro Bono legal services. He has litigated high profile cases and is sought out by prominent clients who request that he personally handle their case. Mr. Lenkov regularly serves as supervising counsel to outside counsel.

Mr. Lenkov has negotiated and drafted numerous contracts including production, distribution and employment service agreements for entertainment clients. He has litigated copyright, trademark and contract cases. Mr. Lenkov has licensed, assigned and obtained rights to computer software and interactive media. Additionally, Mr. Lenkov has negotiated directly with guilds and unions on clients' behalf. He has also drafted comprehensive collective bargaining agreements.

He is a member of the California State Bar, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, the Sports Lawyer Association, the Los Angeles Bar Association, DRI, NRRDA and CLM.

Mr. Lenkov serves as an adjunct professor at a prominent Los Angeles law school and is on the advisory board to the prestigious Los Angeles Film School. He also frequently appears as a legal analyst on television news shows.

Mr. Lenkov is a volunteer arbitrator/mediator in the Los Angeles Superior Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.

Mr. Lenkov founded a landmark program with the Southern California Big Brothers and Big Sisters, called "Littles in Law" which introduces minority disadvantaged teenagers to the practice of law. The goal is to inspire "at risk" youth to pursue a career in law or some other highly regarded profession. This popular program received recognition from Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and the California Attorney General.

Tim Loftin

Tim is the Director of General and Professional Liability Claims at North American Risk Services.  He previously worked at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation of Florida where he held the position of Senior Vice President of Claims. Prior to joining Citizens in 2006, Tim had worked for 26 years for Safeco Insurance Company. At SAFECO, he served in various claim management roles in the Southeast Region. His last position at SAFECO was the Home Claims Manager for 12 Southeast and Atlantic Coast states. Tim has extensive experience in both claim management and multi-line technical claim issues.

 

Loftin has completed his Associate in Claims Designation with the Insurance Institute of America. In 1992, he was conferred with the CPCU, Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, designation from the American Institute for CPCU.  Mr. Loftin has served on the Board of Governors for the National CPCU Society, an organization of 26,000 insurance professionals. He is a Past President of the Central Florida CPCU chapter and a member of the Orlando Claims Association.

 

Loftin has also served in other industry roles including various industry committees, as a member of the Task Force on Citizens Property Insurance Claims Handling, and as an insurance instructor in various educational roles around the southeast.  Mr. Loftin is a native of Newnan, Georgia. He attended Georgia Tech and the University of West Georgia, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Douglas Morr

Douglas R. Morr, M.S., P.E.Mr. Morr received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science (specializing in Biomechanics) degrees in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University. After gaining automotive engineering experience at an international manufacturer and over five years of research, design, and testing experience as a biomechanical engineer at a measurement device company, Mr. Morr brought his education and experience to SEA in 2000. Since arriving at SEA, he has performed hundreds of accident investigations and reconstruction analyses, biomechanical analyses relative to injury mechanisms and injury causation, and mechanical engineering analyses of failure events. Mr. Morr also has experience and training in the use of MADYMO, both in research and real-world human kinematic and kinetic analysis, HVE for vehicle accident and kinematic simulation analysis, and engineering support for animation. Capitalizing on his design and testing background, Mr. Morr leads research and case-specific testing programs at SEA, utilizing instrumented Anthropometric Test Devices (ATDs), vehicle-to-vehicle crash tests, and human volunteer testing. In his career, Mr. Morr has continuously worked with colleagues on other biomechanical, mechanical, and investigative research projects culminating in over 20 peer-reviewed publications and two book chapters. Daniel Mullin

Daniel T. Mullin is the Vice-President of the Department of Investigations at Major League Baseball. Dan has been involved with  the security and evacuation planning for all 30 Major League  Ballparks. He has overseen security planning at all of MLB’s major events, including the All-Star game, the World Series, and the World
Baseball Classic. He has oversight of all investigations involving  players, coaches and other MLB employees Dan is currently the cochair of the Sports Sub-Sector for the DHS Critical Infrastructure Group, lecturing sports law at Syracuse Law School, and serves on the Life Safety Council at IAAM. 


Prior to joining Major League Baseball, Dan served 23 years with the New York City Police  Department, retiring as a Deputy Chief. He last served as the Executive Officer of the Bronx, where he supervised more than 3000 police officers. He also served as the Executive Officer of the Narcotics Division, as well as the Commanding Officer the Manhattan District Attorney’s Squad, Staten Island Detectives, and the 114th and 103rd precincts. Dan was a first responder at the World Trade Center on 9-11 and at the crash of American Airlines flight 585.


Dan is a graduate of St. John’s University and New York Law School. He has been an adjunct professor at John Jay College (1993-2000) and at Seton Hall University (2001-03). He has recently provided training for both the California and Utah Departments of Homeland Security. He is a member of the International Association of Chief’s of Police, and International Association of Assembly Managers.

In her spare time she volunteers for animal organizations and various other charities, she considers herself a bit of "foodie" and loves meeting new people.

Louis (Ray) Wood

Mr. Wood has over forty years of experience in policing, crime prevention, and loss prevention management in the hospitality industry. With wide experience in both management and tactical/ strategic functions, his expertise includes physical security, procurement of systems, pre-planning of new construction, and related safety and security assessments. Due to his extensive background, he provides expert testimony on security and safety related issues for law firms.

Prior to joining the Marriott Vacation Club, Mr. Wood served as the Master Deputy Sheriff for the Orange County Sheriff’s Office in Orlando, Florida, providing experience in modern policing and evaluation of security and police personnel. As a member of the Sheriff’s team, he was one of the originators of the Tourist Oriented Policing Systems (TOPS). The TOPS team controlled tourist crime in more than 150,000 hotel rooms and 4 theme parks affecting more than 40 million tourists each year. In that capacity, Mr. Wood worked directly with county planners, hotel owners, and other police agencies to reduce crime and increase profitability within the hospitality community.
 
One of Mr. Wood’s strengths is in the area of crime prevention. He is a skilled investigator having worked in Burglary, Auto Theft, Robbery, Homicide, and Special Operations, including Intelligence, Narcotics, and vice related crimes. He has numerous honors as a Crime Prevention Practitioner and Planner and possesses excellent communication skills. Mr. Wood has been a member of the American Society for Industrial Security since 1995 serving as Vice-Chairman of the Hospitality Committee, member of the Claims and Litigations Management Alliance, and has made numerous training presentations in more than five countries to police agencies, tourism groups, and hotel companies.
