Pamela W. Carter is the Managing Partner of the Louisiana offices of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She concentrates her practice in litigation and represents clients in a wide variety of areas in federal and state courts in Louisiana and Texas. She litigates discrimination and harassment claims under state and federal law, complex disputes, insurance claims for corporate clients, employment disputes, commercial litigation and other matters including insurance defense, coverage claims, bad faith litigation and race/gender discrimination cases. Ms. Carter has represented clients as coordinating counsel for asbestos and hurricane-related claims.

In over 27 years of litigation, she has handled numerous matters involving products liability, medical devices, trucking, toxic exposure, and food products. She also has experience in drafting and implementing employment policies, as well as discipline and termination processes, in order to comply with the latest federal, state, and local law.

Jeanne Cho

Jeanne Cho is Senior Counsel in the legal department for Entergy Services, Inc. Entergy is an integrated energy company engaged primarily in electric power production and retail distribution operations. Entergy owns and operates power plants with approximately 30,000 megawatts of electric generating capacity, including more than 10,000 megawatts of nuclear power, making it one of the nation's leading nuclear generators. Jeanne supports Entergy's nuclear business, and is based in the company's regional headquarters in White Plains, New York.

In her current role, Jeanne is responsible for overseeing the various legal matters that arise in Entergy's nuclear business, which range from internal investigations, contract disputes, regulatory proceedings, general corporate litigation, to employment issues. Jeanne also provides training to Entergy's management on topics such as retaliation and whistleblowing. Finally, Jeanne is a member of Entergy's Diversity Council, which promotes diversity and inclusion not just within the company, but also within the vendors and suppliers that serve the company.

Prior to joining Entergy, Jeanne was a general litigator at Chadbourne & Parke LLP and Schiff Hardin LLP. Jeanne graduated from Binghamton University with dual degrees in Biology and Philosophy, and received her law degree from Hofstra University School of Law.

Domenick is a recognized industry leader serving as Chairman Emeritus of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, Board Member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, Member of the Board of the Business School of NJIT, where he also serves as an adjunct Professor of Corporate Finance, Member of the Association of Corporate Growth and Member of the American Bar Association Mergers and Acquisitions Committee, and is also an adjunct  Professor of Insurance Law and Regulation at Temple Law School.  Domenick holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Delaware Law School, a Master of Business Administration Degree from Pennsylvania State University and a NACVA designation as a Chartered Merger and Acquisition Professional, as well as being a current Masters Candidate in Economic Development from the University of Pennsylvania.

C. Peter Hitson

Peter Hitson is a project management executive with more than 25 years of legal, claims, and financial services experience. He brings deep practical knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma disciplines to drive Carlton Fields’ innovative legal project management (LPM) objectives. As director of legal project and practice management, Mr. Hitson collaborates with firm leadership and attorneys on cutting-edge project management tools and techniques, improving project scoping, planning, and budgeting.
Previously, Mr. Hitson was director, legal process innovation, at Wilson Elser. In that role, he led strategic innovation, making sophisticated use of data and market knowledge in pursuit of operational excellence.Prior to joining Wilson Elser, he was assistant vice president, legal practices, support & audit for The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc., where he was charged with selection, retention, evaluation, and management of outside counsel and other legal vendors. He also oversaw The Hartford’s legal invoice review services and legal e-billing initiative, and was national manager of panel counsel and managing attorney for claims. Prior to his work at The Hartford, Mr. Hitson was in private practice.
Mr. Hitson has earned and received a number of awards and distinctions for his LPM work, including Legal Lean Sigma White Belt, Six Sigma Green Belt Training Program, CLM Certified Litigation Management Professional Certificate Program at NYU, and National Institute of Trial Advocacy Training Program. He is a member of the DRI: The Voice of the Defense Bar and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.

He is a graduate of Denison University and The University of Pittsburgh School of Law.  Pete is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Connecticut.

Michael Lipps

Mike Lipps joined LexisNexis in November 2009 and as the Vice President & General Manager. In this role, Mike serves both inside and outside counsel, improving how they work effectively in the areas of matter and practice management, analytics and client development. A software industry veteran, Mike comes to LexisNexis after 14 years at Intuit Inc. where he held a variety of product, marketing and general management roles, including General Manager of QuickBooks Financial Software, the #1 small business financial software application in the U.S. with over 4 million users. He is a trained Six Sigma Process Black Belt, and has made numerous media appearances including NBC News and Bloomberg Radio. Prior to Intuit, Mike led client management for a division of The Mickwee Group, an integrated database marketing agency in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Ms. Márquez Morales is a Partner at Harris Beach PLLC and Co-Chair of the firm’s Diversity Council. Ms. Márquez Morales focuses her practice primarily in the areas of mass tort litigation, products liability defense, health care litigation and medical malpractice defense, as well as premises liability and general liability defense. Richard E. Meade

Richard E. Meade (Rick) is the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) for Prudential Financial’s International Insurance and Investments Division, leading a team of U.S. and international business unit lawyers deployed on four continents. The businesses in the international division manufacture and distribute individual life insurance, and offer offshore and onshore proprietary and nonproprietary asset management products and services to clients in selected international markets. Rick has been the CLO for the Company’s International Division since 2001.

Rick is the Chair of the Law and Compliance Department’s Diversity Steering Committee since 2006 as well as the Executive Sponsor of the Department’s Internal and Outside Counsel Diversity Committees. He also played a key role in launching the multi-company Inclusion Initiative which focuses on increasing corporate expenditures on minority and women owned law firms.

Rick joined Prudential’s Corporate Law Department in 1985. In 1987, Rick became head of the Individual Insurance Section, supervising legal services for all U.S. individual traditional life insurance product and marketing issues, as well as the Company’s service marks, international insurance and banking issues. From 1991 to 2001, Rick was the Chief Legal Officer for Prudential’s U.S. individual insurance businesses.

Prior to joining Prudential, Rick was an associate with the law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York.

Rick graduated from the University of California at Davis and has a law degree from the University of California at Berkeley. Rick is admitted to practice law in California, New York and New Jersey.

Philip Quaranta

Philip Quaranta is a Partner in the New York and White Plains offices of Wilson Elser. He focuses on product liability and commercial matters for manufacturers from the United States, China and Japan. He has a volume of experience defending cases involving industrial products, motorcycles, dietary supplements and pharmaceuticals. He has defended product liability cases involving machine tools, hand tools, electrical appliances, automobiles, snowmobiles, boats, personal watercraft, outboard engines, construction equipment, all-terrain vehicles, bicycles, tires, chemicals, cigarette lighters and consumer electronics. He has defended cases in the United States, Canada, Europe and Japan.

Phil serves as national council for a number of foreign manufacturers including manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, electrical products, machines, tires and motorcycles.

In the commercial area, Phil represents manufacturers in disputes with distributor’s dealers and component suppliers. He also defends lemon law and consumer cases. He has substantial experience drafting dealership and distributorship agreements. He has specific experience drafting contracts related to manufacturers and component suppliers in China.

Antonio D. Robinson

Antonio D. Robinson is Vice President, Senior Counsel in the Legal Department for Carter’s, Inc., which is headquartered in Atlanta, Ga. Carter’s is the largest branded marketer of baby and children’s clothing in the U.S., marketing apparel under two of the most recognized and enduring brands in the nation, Carter’s and OshKosh B’gosh.


Before joining Carter’s in August 2010, Robinson was a Shareholder in the Atlanta office of Littler Mendelson, P.C. Robinson represented employers throughout the United States, in state and federal court, on a variety of employment law claims, including discrimination and wage and hour claims. Robinson also gained valuable employment law experience while working for Jackson Lewis LLP. Before moving to Atlanta, Robinson started his career at the Louisiana based firm Jones Walker LLP, which is headquartered in New Orleans.
In his current role, Robinson provides counsel and advice regarding employment laws, ethics, and other employment related matters to every department within his organization. Robinson utilizes his employment law expertise to also provide training to management on a variety of employment-related topics, and ethics and compliance matters. He also provides support to consumer affairs and the Company’s social responsibility program.


For the last four years, Robinson has coached a local high school mock trial team, which allows him to contribute to the education of future lawyers.
