Rose Miller is an accomplished trial attorney, former in-house counsel and claims manager with a proven track record of helping companies significantly reduce litigation, expense and risk through innovative alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods. She specializes in early case assessment and other ADR tools that reduce high volume case inventories and cost-effectively resolve individual, high exposure matters. Stephen Berry leads the insurance coverage and bad faith team in the Atlanta office of Dentons US. His practice focuses on general liability, IP/media, personal and advertising injury, and construction defect claims. Licensed in Georgia and Louisiana, Mr. Berry’s insurance practice is nationwide; he has litigated coverage and bad faith issues in numerous jurisdictions from coast to coast (including every southeastern state) and frequently advises insurer clients on nationwide coverage developments and helps them take strategic approaches to multi-state disputes.   Mr. Berry is the author of Georgia Property and Liability Insurance Law (West, 5th Ed.); and Appraisal in Property Damage Insurance Disputes (CLM, 2013); Insurance Coverage for Intellectual Property and Cyber Claims (Lexis, 2015), and numerous articles on insurance coverage and bad faith issues. He frequently speaks on insurance law to attorneys, claim representatives, in-house counsel, judges, and insurer professional training organizations.  Mr. Berry is an AV-rated attorney, and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America (in the practice area of Insurance Law) every year since 2007, as well as Georgia Super Lawyers (category of Insurance Coverage) every year since 2011. Before joining FMG, Ronna served as the CEO of CLM (Claims & Litigation Management Alliance), the nation’s largest association of claims professionals and attorneys.

Ronna's impressive career spans top 20 insurance carriers, where she held senior roles such as SVP, General Counsel, Secretary, Chief Claims Officer; VP of Claims and VP of Casualty Claims. She has led large teams, sometimes over 300 strong, driving organizational transformations and implementing comprehensive claims, litigation management, compliance, regulatory, and risk reduction programs.

Ronna began her career as a young lawyer in an insurance defense firm and quickly established herself as a thought leader in the industry. I am a partner in the Atlanta office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. As a litigator, I handle all phases of the litigation process for my clients, from pre-suit investigation and analysis through the litigation process to mediation and/or trial and, if necessary, appeal.

Based on my experience as a litigator, I believe that there is no such thing as "one size fits all" litigation strategy; getting the best outcome in any given case requires flexibility and creative thinking. I pride myself on my ability to examine a case critically and then present my client with available options so that my client can make the right choice for that particular client on each specific matter.

I advise and represent individuals and businesses of all types and sizes, ranging from international food and beverage manufacturers, electronics and medical equipment manufacturers, and nationwide trucking and logistics companies to individuals and property owners faced with litigation or other legal concerns.
