The CLM is now offering the New Hire Training Program to prepare those interested in the Claims Profession for entering the workforce. Each course is completely self-directed and online. Courses are a combination of reading material, quizzes and exams.
Click on the name of the course to read the course description. When you have selected the course(s) you would like to attend, click Register. After registering, you will receive a receipt via email with a link to start the course.
Welcome! This course is comprised of reading material, quizzes and a final exam. You must work through the course in the sequence the sections are presented. While taking the course, you will periodically be asked to provide the month or date of your birth. This is a CE requirement to demonstrate that the registered student is the one taking the course. Simply input the information and click Submit.
To get started, click on the Introduction. From there, you will be guided to each section of the course. You may stop the course and return at any time. It’s best to leave the course after taking a quiz if possible. Then you can start with a new course section when you return.
After reading each section, click on Set the unit as completed. Then you can proceed to the quiz. When you complete the quiz, the system will tell you which questions you answered correctly. You may retake the quiz if you answered any questions incorrectly. Although the quiz scores do not affect whether or not you pass or fail the course, understanding the information is important so you may pass the course final exam. Passing the final exam is a requirement to earn the CE credits. You may take the final exam three times. You must receive a 70 percent or better to pass and earn the CE credits. You have 30 days from the registration date to complete the course.
