Description

This course explains fundamental concepts asscociated with conducting insurance fraud investigations by first providing an overview of the insurance fraud investigation process. Building on this foundation, the course then examines the most effective ways to document suspicious claims, the importance of clear communication, antifraud laws, and indicators of insurance fraud. It then addresses specific kinds of fraud investigations, including arson, cimre, workers compensation, and auto.
