Richard A. Fuller is Actuarial Associate/Statistical Specialist for Claims, Information Technology, Corporate Actuarial, and Reinsurance at Arrowpoint Capital (formerly Royal & SunAlliance USA). Rich conducts research and data analysis supporting Claims, Reinsurance, Financial Accounting, Regulatory Compliance, Actuarial, and Internal Audit functions. In this role he provides analysis of workers compensation actuarial reserve estimates, monitors costs and disposition of the claims portfolio, provides analysis and data mining of reinsurance collection efforts, and develops the information technology infrastructure for management reporting.
Prior to his current role, Rich was Actuarial Associate/Statistical Specialist in the Company’s Personal Lines Division where he supported the pricing, underwriting, marketing, financial accounting, regulatory compliance and internal audit functions.
Rich has also held positions as MIS Manager in the Personal Lines Division, Senior Actuarial Analyst and Actuarial Programmer. Since beginning his career at Arrowpoint in 1986, he has gained vast knowledge and experience in personal lines, corporate actuarial, product actuarial and pricing.
Rich is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society. He earned his master’s degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his bachelor’s degree at Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Prior to her transfer to Bermuda, Kate handled pollution and international products claims for eight years in XL's offices in Pennsylvania. Her previous insurance experience includes three years with CIGNA Corporation where she held the position of Marine Loss Control Specialist.
Kate is licensed lawyer, a former U.S. Coast Guard Officer, and a former merchant mariner, having begun her multi-faceted career long ago as an engineman on ARCO oil tankers. She received her law degree in 1992 from Northeastern University, a Masters in Marine Administration in 1987 from the University of Rhode Island, and a B.A. in Environmental Science in 1976 from East Stroudsburg State College in Pennsylvania. Published appellate opinions include the landmark case of National Union v. Nationwide Insurance Company, 69 Cal. App. 4th 709, which dealt with the extent of indemnity obligations in contracts. In Olson v. Aztech, 120 Nev. 240, Mr. Caspino argued before the Nevada Supreme Court in the first appeal that dealt with the Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 40 statutory scheme for resolving residential construction defect claims.
Mr. Caspino's litigation efforts have lead to a number of advantageous settlements on behalf of the firm's clients. In one matter, he was lead counsel in a construction dispute involving over 6,000 apartment units in Nevada and Florida. Mr. Caspino litigated and resolved multiple personal injury and property damage claims, throughout the country, related to a legionella outbreak at a Las Vegas timeshare resort.
Recently, Mr. Caspino was quoted in The Wall Street Journal, wherein he commented on legal liability relating to automated external defibrillators.

He serves on the Advisory Board for the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, has served as Dean of Litigation Management at Claims College and is a Chancellor and Professor at Litigation Management Institute. Mr. Beemer has authored numerous articles for Claims Management Magazine and Litigation Management Magazine. Mr. Beemer received the CLM Lifetime Achievement Award in 2023 at the Annual Conference in Tampa Florida.
