Biography

A former California attorney, Ms. Fettig has extensive management and litigation experience, working both in private practice and as staff counsel for companies including Liberty Mutual Insurance. After 10 years of practicing law, Karen transferred her knowledge to develop several insurance related software platforms including leading the product development effort of a litigation management solution for Farmers Insurance. Today, Karen leverages this expertise at Bottomline to help customers realize the strategic benefits associated with litigation management and legal spend management programs.
