Biography
I currently work as a Major Case Director and have been in the industry since 2005. During my time in the industry, I have had various roles in both the carrier claims operations, and within the agency side. In these roles I have managed several different aspects of the business, including claims handling, operations, and legal relationships. When it comes to claims, I have handled a wide variety of large exposure and complex litigated matters across the U.S. The claims range from General Liability, Commercial Auto/Trucking and Property, Farm Property and Liability, Specialty lines, Construction Defect, EPL, D&O, Coverage, Risk Transfer, Litigation Management, and even personal lines. In previous roles, I have had the opportunity to travel all over mediating claims in numerous jurisdictions as well as attended trials, both in the witness and the observer role.
I am an active speaker in the industry and has served as a panelist at several different conferences on various topics including but not limited to Construction Defect, Cannabis, Coverage, Risk Transfers, Subrogation, Bad Faith, Nuclear Verdicts and Mediation.
