Susan Domanski

Biography

Ms. Domanski has been actively involved with the construction and architectural industry for the past 20 years. With an emphasis in project management and construction administration, Susan’s experience includes a variety of large and small scale commercial and residential projects in both the private and public sectors. These projects include municipal, educational, assisted living, multi-family and retail developments.

Susan began her career working extensively with apartment renovation projects and eventually moving to larger, commercial projects. She has worked on the construction administration team for the $490 million Phase V Orange County Convention Center. Unique project management experiences have given her the perspective of the Owner, the Contractor and the Architect. This knowledge, teamed with strong coordination and research skills, allow her to provide effective support services involved in complex construction disputes and/or litigation.
