Biography

Certified Litigation Management Professional employed with Ag Workers Insurance Company since July, 2015 as Vice President of Claims.  Previously held position as Director of Claims for Home State Insurance Group since December, 1999.  Responsible for the oversight and management of numerous Third Party Administrators and Managing General Agents in multiple states in the Private Passenger and Commercial Auto sector.  Particular emphasis on serious losses and complex coverage issues, in addition to matters involving Extra Contractual Obligations.  Liason between Programs and Reinsurers responsible for preparing comprehensive findings, and settlement recommendations when warranted.  Company representative at mediations and trials.Prior to joining Ag Workers I began my career in early 1980 with Nationwide Insurance Company as a Claims Adjuster handling multi-line claims.  Entered into middle management in late 1980 with Coronet Insurance Company where I was eventually elevated to senior management in 1995.  Have held  other senior management positions responsible for litigation management and control with Old American Insurance Company, Insurance Depot and Guaranty National.CLMP Designation earned at first inagural Litigation Management Institute and selected to be on faculty at first inagural Claims College on behalf of The CLM.
