Biography
Mr. Victor's practice encompasses all aspects of the defense of property, casualty, personal injury insurance and general civil litigation matters in state and federal court. This includes cases involving product liability, coverage disputes, bad faith litigation and counseling, wrongful death, automobile, premises and commercial liability, negligent security, intentional torts, and property loss. He has extensive trial experience.Mr. Victor has served as National and Regional Supervising and Coordinating counsel for major insurance companies. He also handles domestic and international internal corporate investigations. Mr. Victor began his career as a Prosecutor for the Dade County State Attorney’s Office working under Janet Reno and is a former Division Chief and Major Crimes Prosecutor. For approximately 25 years of his career, Mr. Victor was the National Chairman of the Tort and Insurance Department of the largest minority owned law firm in the country. He is an "AV" rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell Lawyers Directory. He has been designated a "Super Lawyer" and is listed in "The Best Lawyers in America." Mr. Victor is also a Florida Certified Circuit Court Mediator.
