S-E-A Project Engineer, with degrees in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, specializing in accident reconstruction, biomechanical engineering, and vehicular occupant safety.  Vehicular accident reconstruction experience includes light and heavy trucks, passenger vehicles, motorcycles, off-road equipment, and pedestrians.  Extensive reconstruction work experience includes CDR and ECM data retrieval and interpretation, braking systems, tire failures, vehicle handling and dynamics, nighttime visibility /conspicuity, photogrammetry, and simulation.  Biomechanical engineering work includes assessments of injury causation, risk and potential related to exposures in the areas of automotive accidents, slip and falls, workplace accidents and product failures.  Specific to automotive accidents, biomechanical engineering work experience includes general occupant and pedestrian safety, reconstruction of injury causation, active and passive safety systems, and injury assessment reference values.
