Biography
Mr. Malino is well versed in all areas of product liability, construction defect, toxic tort, and personal injury litigation. He has developed his practice with a focus on New York State Labor Law litigation, including complex indemnity and insurance issues often associated with these cases. He regularly advises and speaks to personal corporate clients on various topics, such as New York Labor Law, federal preemption, indemnity and insurance coverage issues.
Mr. Malino has successfully completed the CLM Litigation Management Institute hosted at Loyola University School of Law in Chicago Illinois. He is a Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP).
