Patricia Holden

Biography

Patricia Holden is a partner in Cipriani & Werner's insurance defense group. She focuses her practice in the areas of insurance coverage and insurance bad faith.

Ms. Holden provides our insurance carrier clients with opinions on insurance coverage matters. As these matters move into litigation, Ms. Holden handles claims both for and against the insurance company client, including declaratory judgment actions, trial and appellate causes.

Ms. Holden has had an experienced and varied insurance defense litigation practice. She has had substantial experience in automobile claims, product liability claims, premises liability claims, medical professional liability claims as well as toxic tort claims, first party benefit claims and subrogation.

Ms. Holden began her career as the Law Secretary to the Honorable J. Gilbert Van Sciver in the New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division in Burlington County.
