Biography
David Gold is a Partner of Litchfield Cavo LLP. David has practiced exclusively in the field of workers’ compensation since 1992. He has extensive litigation experience having defended clients in each of the 17 workers’ compensation divisions throughout the state of Florida.David received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida, College of Law in 1991. He is a member of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Florida Bar as well as the Sports Lawyers Association.
David is listed as AV® Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review system, representing the highest level of professional recognition. He has been certified by the International Commission on Health Care Certification as a Medicare Set Aside Consultant-Certified (MSCC) and is a member of the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP). David has also been certified as a Litigation Management Professional (LMP).
