Biography
Kimberly MacDonald joined XL in 1998 and currently serves as Head of Specialty Claims North America at AXA XL. Prior to joining AXA XL, Kimberly worked in private practice at Rawle & Henderson, LLP, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She received her B.A. in Political Science from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania and her J.D. from Rutgers University Law School in Camden, New Jersey. During her tenure at XL, Kimberly has handled high exposure pollution, construction professional and professional liability claims and served as Head of Environmental Claims North America for 6 years. Kimberly holds an AIC designation in Claims and is presently a Fellow of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.
