John Foley

Biography

John M. Foley is a Professional Liability Claims Manager for Markel, managing a staff of five senior claims examiners responsible for over 850 professional liability claims and suits against physicians, surgeons, hospitals, medical facilities and allied health professionals pending across the United States and its territories. Mr. Foley was in private practice in Chicago from 1992 - 2008, concentrating his practice in litigating professional liability cases involving medical professionals, attorneys, and financial service providers. He is a 1992 graduate of the DePaul University College of Law and a 1989 honors graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
