Biography
Since becoming a member of the Georgia Bar after graduating from law school at the University of Georgia in 1986, Mr. Davis has focused his practice on the areas of professional/medical malpractice, automobile and transportation liability as well as insurance coverage/bad faith issues. He has been lead counsel in well over 125 jury trials in the above scope of practice. Over the years, Mr. Davis has specifically been involved in malpractice trials covering multiple medical specialties, including obstetric, pediatric/neonatology, internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, all areas of surgical practice, anesthesia and hospital/nursing liability. In addition to having joined CLM in its inaugural year, Mr. Davis is a member of several other defense organizations, including Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, DRI and the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association.
