Jeffrey Hill

Biography

Jeff manages civil litigation in all courts but primarily in Oregon and Washington. He handles matters in areas of complex insurance coverage, particularly including environmental, directors’ and officers’ liability and products liability. He also handles casualty defense in areas including professional liability, products liability, liquor liability and fire cause and origin. He also handles commercial litigation primarily for financial and other professionals. Jeff has managed and tried complex matters, including trials lasting several months. He has been retained to handle cases in several western states in addition to Oregon and Washington. Jeff has participated in the management of the nationwide exposures to insurance clients in the areas of insurance coverage, environmental liability, products liability and securities law.
