Biography
Jennifer L. Marino focuses her practice in all areas of civil litigation including personal injury defense, premises liability, automobile negligence, retail & hospitality defense, construction defect, construction site accidents and property damage liability claims.
Ms. Marino is admitted to the Florida and New York Bar, as well as the United States District Courts in the Middle District of Florida and the Eastern and Southern Districts Courts of New York. She attended Benjamin Cardozo School of Law and practiced in New York for five years before bringing her practice to Florida.
As a certified instructor for the Department of Insurance, Ms. Marino presents numerous Continuing Education courses throughout the year.
Ms. Marino is member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, the Risk and Insurance Management Society, the Academy of Hospitality Industry Attorneys, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and is a member of CLM’s Retail Restaurant and Hospitality Committee.
Martindale-Hubbell has distinguished Ms, Marino with an AV Preeminent rating. Best Lawyers in American selected her for inclusion in the 2015 and 2016 Best Lawyers List, as well as named her a Florida Rising Star in 2010.
