Sharon Pole-Small

Biography

Sharon Pole-Small has been a Claims professional for approximately 30 years. She began her career with Aetna Casualty and Surety. She also worked for Transamerica and Allianz as a Claims Supervisor. Sharon is currently employed by Great American Custom Insurance Services as a Sr. Technical Director – Casualty Claims.  As a Sr. Technical Director, she manages a book of complex claims nationally and internationally that has exposure to umbrella and excess policies. She provides technical advice to lower level positions and other functional areas and interacts with underwriting and marketing regarding claims trends. Sharon earned a B.S. degree from University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa.
