Biography
Robert M. Cavalier has been the managing partner of LUCAS and CAVALIER, LLC since its inception in 2000. He received his B.S. in business administration in 1989 from The College of New Jersey (nee Trenton State College). In 1992 Mr. Cavalier received his J.D. from Rutgers University. He is admitted to the state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His litigation experience includes professional liability, product liability, general negligence, intellectual property, coverage, commercial/real estate and maritime. He is a member of: CLM, DRI, Maritime Law Association of the U.S. - proctor status, various bar associations and the Union League of Philadelphia. He resides in the historic section of Philadelphia with his wife and 4 young children in their home built in 1774.
