Biography
DONNA L. BURDEN is the founding member of the law firm of Burden, Hafner & Hansen, LLC in Buffalo, New York and practices throughout New York State. She is a member of CLM and a member of the CLM Transportation Committee. She is a member of the Board of Directors of TIDA and a former member of the Board of Directors of DRI, as well as the former Chair of the DRI Trucking Committee and former Program Chair for the Trucking Law Conference. She is the past Chair of the IADC Transportation Committee as well as the past Chair of the IADC Trucking Subcommittee. She is also a member of the TLA and CTLA. Ms. Burden has many years of experience litigating large loss cases in trucking and transportation, product liability, labor law, premises toxic tort, municipal and school law, medical device, Employment Practices Law and other catastrophic injury matters. She is the head of the firm’s 24-Hour Emergency Response Team. Burden, Hafner & Hansen, LLC is a proud member of THEMIS ADVOCATES GROUP and is WBENC certified as a Woman Owned Business.
