Biography

ED STOLARSKI  has a comprehensive  litigation background which spans 30 years. His cases have covered various practice areas, including professional liability, product liablity and general liability matters. He has tried cases  in both the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. Ed's  practice currently includes matters within the areas of  medical malpractice.  He also has experience in the areas construction defect  general liability litigation,  first property property and insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.  He has worked within the insurance industry, serving  as a senior trial attorney with The Travelers Insurance Group and as the Managing Attorney for the TIG Insurance Company’s Eastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey’s litigation offices.Ed graduated from Mercyhurst University in Erie, Pa. where he obtained his undergraduate and graduate degrees.  He obtained his J.D. from the Widener University School of Law.  He obtained his CLMP designation in 2011. He was an instructor at the CLM Claims College in 2014 and will again instruct at the Casualty School of the College in 2015.
